The whole world is now preparing New Year’s celebrations, which are certainly more celebrated than Christmas, as it is not a religious commemoration. We’ve put together a bit of how it is celebrated in a few different countries.
New Year in China is not really on December 31st/January 1st, as they do not use the same calendar we do, but there are still great and beautiful celebrations
Although the English people are known for being more reserved, they do celebrate New Year with lots of parties, the fireworks the the London Eye are the big thing of the night!
New York - United States of America
New York City/Island is a place that never stops and everyone knows that, the New Year’s celebrations there are also very intense, the Statue of Liberty is a great place to see the fireworks, as seen in the picture!
Brazil is certainly one of the country that most celebrates New Year, people there are very festive and party-like, the fireworks over there are known for being one of the biggest and most beautiful of the world.
